Our team previously delivered this project in collaboration with the Architects at Studio Prineas. Works were completed 2 months ahead of program and delivered to the highest standard.

The works involved a 3 storey alternation and addition and complete internal renovation of the existing house, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and hallway. We were also required to complete remedial works to the external façade.

This project was great for the team to highlight our communication skills between multiple stakeholders. With this build being a semidetached dwelling, we had to carefully handle joining walls, and ensure the client and the neighbour were always communicated with and in agreement on our teams construction methodology and program.
