Platino Properties HQ features an exposed grid ceiling which is both creative and practical as it brings a sense of height and adds a breezy touch to the space. Centred in the middle is a big floating kitchen, creating a perfect central point and natural flow to the office. Platino’s office was completed 2 weeks ahead of program was undertaken in a live environment where their staff, visitors and residents living in the same building were key considerations.
