Our team previously delivered Servian, a high-end office located on level 46 of Australia Square, Sydney. The area of the tenancy is 1200m2, with a circular core and a curved building facade. We worked closely with structural engineers, architects and clients to achieve a design and finish that would unify the space. The works included demolition of 3 tenancies within the original space and a new fitout; that captured the brand image and employee experience of Servian.
